Dominic Millar

Dominic Millar

Dom’s interest in cycling came about in 2012 after being faced with an ultimatum from a back specialist: 'get fit or face a serious procedure which will mean you’re off work for at least six months' (and not off work in a good way).

Six years, six bikes, several jean sizes, no major back operations, and many UK and international cycling adventures later, Dom is still a very mediocre cyclist. If you've cycled any of The Surrey Hills, you’ve probably passed him and heard his trademark heavy breathing.

So this challenge is very, very far out of his comfort zone, but he’s training hard. Purely coincidentally, Dom celebrates his 50th birthday just weeks after the team are due to finish this 100 Climbs Ultimate Challenge! #MidLifeCrisis

Dom is CEO of the specialist real estate marketing and events company The Completely Group, and also trustee of Club Peloton. He lives in Guildford with his lovely, long-suffering and very patient wife Karen and their three children.

Graham Salisbury

Graham’s cycling experience has mainly resulted from accidentally agreeing to take on various cycling challenges after late night’s out with Dom. The South Downs Way, Majorca 312, the Etape, the RideLondon 100, and various multi day endurance rides have all ensued from the simple reply of “Yeah - why not”. Whilst this has normally been regretted the following morning it has led to some fantastic adventures on two wheels. Needless to say the 100 Climbs UltimateChallenge was agreed to after a particularly late night...

Graham is a Managing Partner of the residential property development companies: S2 Development Ltd and Salisbury & Saville both focusing on building much needed homes in Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.

James Findlater

James’ cycling obsession began in the early 80’s with the release of E.T and The Goonies! He spent his youth falling off BMX’s and later charging single track mountain bike trails before ultimately building an affinity for Lycra in his late 20’s.

Now 40, James is a veteran of endurance cycling events - Cycle to MAPIC, Cycle to MIPIM, Dragon Ride, Etape du Tour, Fred Whitton, Marmotte Granfondo Alpes and Alpen Brevet – where his cycle adventures are largely an excuse for the consumption of cake and the enjoyment of world wine regions.

James is Head of Shopping Centre Investment at Colliers International, a member of Club Peloton and husband to the much loved and ever patient Chloé.
